Cambridge Tree Removal takes tree removal requests from Cambridge and nearby — Galt, Preston, Hespeler included. Here is exactly what we keep and why.

What we keep

Whatever you choose to send us. For a tree removal request that is usually your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job. Calls to this site's number are logged with the calling number and time, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed.

How it is used

To answer your request and pass it to the one vetted, independent tree service that covers Cambridge through this site. They contact you, quote in writing, and do the work under their own licences and insurance.

Cookies

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for follow-up and bookkeeping, then deleted. Voicemails are removed on a regular cycle rather than kept indefinitely.

Access, correction and deletion

Email hello@cambridgetreeremoval.ca and we will tell you what we have, fix it, or delete it, as Canada's PIPEDA allows. We only text or email you about your own request (CASL); reply STOP at any time.
